    Rules of the site


  • You are to respect all others on this site. That means there will be no swearing, bullying, making sarcastic remarks of any kind.
  • Please refrain from uploading any inappropriate pictures.
  • Prior to uploading any documents, please ensure that you have the right to upload the document and you're not violating any rules or laws.
  • Violating any of the above will result in an immediate termination of the your account.

    • Here are some features of the site:


  • In order to participate on this site you must be a homeowner at the Bellevue Towers. There can only be one user account per Unit.
  • The users will not be able to access any pages until their information has been verified.
  • Once you are approved you're able to upload your picture to the site. This way people get to know each other a little easier and are able to associate people's comments with faces.
  • The site is secure and requires the users to login before getting accessed to any of its pages.
  • The site allows its users to discuss all issues in its custom made forum. Each discussion (also called a Thread) is categorized.
  • Once a user starts a thread, he/she can attach a poll to that thread. The system ensures that each user can vote only once on a given poll.
  • Although there's a hosting fee, domain registration fee as well as my many many hours of writing all the programming code, the site is FREE. If you do want to help, there's a donation button which works through paypal.
  • Lastly and most importantly, PLEASE use the feedback option to report any problems or if you like any specific features added.

    • Here are some features that I am working on:


  • Adding an Event calendar. This way we can set up meetings and other events including social events.
  • Users can upload documents (PDF files) to the site. The files will be encrypted and stored securely and will only be available to the home owners.
  • Users can be rated by other users. I think this feature combined with the poll can become handy when there's a new open seat on the board.
  • Private messaging. Users can send each other messages.
  • Enable users to create Rich-text messages. These are message with different font sizes or colors or font configurations (Bold, Italic, underline etc).
